We ship via Post Danmark and, in the Copenhagen area, through Sendebudet upon request. Post Danmark parcel post costs DKK 70,- excluding VAT (VAT-free for private customers).
We only send via parcel post because too many shipments disappear with Maxibrev.

We have no setup fees, etc., and we don't profit from shipping like Vistaprint does. Therefore, we have set a minimum purchase amount per order, as well as on certain products. This way, you get more products from us instead of paying for a setup fee. Our products are production tasks, so there's file preparation, administration, media handling, and possibly order packing involved.

We normally have a production time of 1-3 days. If shipping is required, add one extra day. For Mega banners, the delivery time is 5-6 business days. Many times, we can deliver the next day for an additional rush fee by arrangement.

The delivery time for a Mega banner (over 130 cm) is normally 5-6 business days.

Yes, you can. When your order is produced and ready for pickup, you will receive an email and SMS (if you provided a mobile number). See opening hours under "Contact".

Unfortunately, we do not offer design/graphic services. We only handle printing, so you need to contact a graphic designer first.

To achieve a deep black color, it should be specified as C=0% - M=0% - Y=0% - K=100%.

• CMYK, not RGB.
• Euroscale coated or Fogra39.

If you use anything other than 0% in CMY, you risk getting a greyish black. It is slightly different from standard printing.

Unfortunately, no.

We always print in full color (4-color) for images, etc. So there is no limitation in standard colors. However, we do not print gold, silver, or neon. On transparent vinyl, we cannot print with white, so black is the optimal color for text and logos.

Yes, more or less. For special shapes and contour cutting, there needs to be a cut line in the file that the printer can detect and cut along. Special cuts are included in the price (free). However, if it needs to be cut very intricately, like a stamp, we may charge an additional cutting fee or reject the order.

You can order several different stickers by calculating the price, uploading the file, clicking "Order now", and then selecting "Continue shopping" and starting over.

We only deliver stickers on sheets. We do not cut them out individually.

As a general rule, we do not offer printing on transparent vinyl. The reason is that we cannot print with white ink. Therefore, it is only possible to print black text. To order, select "Glossy surface" and in the comments section at the end of the order, write "Print on transparent vinyl". The price is the same.
