9. Liability

9.2.
Delays or defective deliveries caused by the circumstances described in point 9.1, if the cause of the delay or failure by a subcontractor is due to one of the circumstances mentioned or the company’s closure.

9.4.
Print.dk is not liable for the customer's lack of authorization for reproduction, duplication, or publication of writing, drawings, patterns, illustrations, texts, trademarks, other business marks, and other products or designs that may be subject to third-party rights. If Print.dk is held liable by third parties due to the customer's lack of authorization, the customer indemnifies Print.dk for such liability.

9.5.

Print.dk is liable only if it is proven that the loss or damage was caused by gross negligence on the part of Print.dk. The customer must arrange insurance for the object against damage and destruction. If the material is to be returned, this must be clearly stated when the material is delivered, and it must be provided with prepaid return packaging.
